Been putting up some pictures, and there's a few things I'd like to point out. My computer is generally stupid and won't let me save stuff as the file type I'd like... Rather than try and fight with it and get likely get nowhere (as usual), I'm saving and uploading them all as jpgs. This hasn't really been much of a problem until working with some of ~Leona's gif files. It doesn't appear that the image was distorted much, but it was notable that the transparent background dissapeared If it's no big deal, I'll leave it. If you'd like, I could try and fix that though.

Also, some of the deviations that ~Leona requested I put up from her gallery were very uncooperative when matched against my compuer and I was unable to get them into a fitting format. I'll find somebody on AIM or MSN later and have them send me the files, as that will let me save them how I choose. (stupid computer!)

Oh, and I changed the location of "Leona in Brass" from "digital art, miscelanious, miscelanious" to "traditional art, sculpture"... I try not to change the things much, but I really felt that it was better placed there.

Well, *Justaminute has given me permission to put up some of her art. Since I don't want to have an unruly mob after me or anything, I thought I'd go into how I go about doing that here (It's not like anybody reads that FAQ I made anyways )

Due to the rule established by the administration a few months back, clubs are no longer allowed to add the works of members to the favorites. This means that they must be submitted by the club as a deviation... While I've never been crazy about the idea since I feel that it detracts from the artist themself, that's the rule. The artist will, however, be given full credit for their work and members will be encouraged to place comments and favs on the original as opposed to the one I submit.

I'm not going to go around plucking things out of people's gallerys for obvious reasons, so if you'd like one (or more ) of your pieces up here, go ahead and send me a note. I'd prefer that you tell me which ones to put up opposed to just saying I can. Just try not to go overboard and submit half of your gallery...

Any questions or concerns, just ask. Oh, and *Justaminute, if you'd like me to take the pieces down again, that won't be a problem

Lots of new members! Hopefully that'll help pull in some other people, too. Going to try coasting for a while, so I'm not dead when nothing happens for a few days

The club is born! No real news yet. Aside from a severe lack of support not too much planned yet. Some contests will be put up when there are some more members.
